Job Opportunity: Time To Shine

[NOW CLOSED]

Pollenize is applying to the Time to Shine Leadership Programme to recruit an individual for a Sales and Educational Outreach Role. The Rank Foundation’s Time to Shine Programme (T2S) has been running for over ten years. Each year a cohort of Time to Shine candidates (know as leaders) is funded to develop their skills and talents within a charity or social enterprise. The programme’s distinctive culture incorporates a range of personal and professional development activities for the Time to Shine leader, their line manager and in turn, the whole organisation.

Its purpose is twofold:

  • Enable individuals with the right skills mix, talent and work ethic, the opportunity to experience a 12- month paid leadership and development placement.

  • To fill organisational, developmental and skills gaps in smaller organisations by identifying a specific piece of work that can be completed in 12-months

On result of a successful application, The prospective Time to Shine leader would be invited to an interview alongside Pollenize Co-Director Owen Finnie due to take place 1st - 18th November. The next step would be the offer of a fully funded 12-month full-time position that pays the real living wage starting in January 2023
